Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Tasker Management Staff Officer to join our team In this role you will provide tasker management expertise for the Source Operations and Management component, under the Plans and Operations group (SBE).

What You'll Be Doing:

* Performing tracking and management of internal and external taskers.
* Preparing weekly tasker tracking reports for Source Leadership.
* Reviewing taskers submissions from Source groups, review for quality and content in answering the questions and compile for a Source level response.
* Preparing Staff packages for the Source leadership in accordance to tasker guidelines.
* Generating and updating spreadsheets/SharePoint, track deliverables; ensure all appropriate forms adhere to NGA/S guidance and policy.
* Employing effective written and verbal communication skills to efficiently work with individuals at all levels.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

* Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience
* TS/SCI clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph)
* Demonstrated experience in Agency-level takers systems
* Demonstrated experience performing research, contributing to the preparation of analytical reports, publications, graphics, and maintaining hard/soft copy files.
* Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple organizations to address office and component-level requirements
* Demonstrated experience with Excel to compile and extract data from large spreadsheets
* Demonstrated experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft SharePoint
