Job Description:
As a Receptionist at BODY20 Dr Phillips, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role will be essential in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth operation of the studio. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and motivated to help others.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and provide a warm, professional welcome upon arrival
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a courteous and timely manner
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and classes using our booking software
  • Manage client check-in and check-out procedures
  • Provide information about BODY20 services, memberships, and promotions
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area
  • Assist with membership sign-ups and sales transactions
  • Support team members and ensure a smooth flow of operations within the studio

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling software is a plus)
  • Interest in fitness and wellness is highly desirable
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
