JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• An integral member of the service team supporting the daily operations for all contracted services at customer accounts within a geographical area.
• Provides coverage for absences or vacations of the onsite resources, which may also include site management.
• May be required to report to an alternate site on any given day which could result in walking, driving, or using public transportation to that alternate site and a longer commute time that exceeds the scheduled shift.
• Assists management with process improvement, procedural testing and validation, and ensuring field compliance with operational best practices.
• Support the Field Implementation Managers with the implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions.
• Assists with onboarding new team members and cross-training peers.
• Assists with the development of Site Procedure Guides and sharing best practices throughout geographical areas.
• Routinely inspects the Site Procedures Guide at various locations for accuracy and compliance.
• Performs daily visual inspection of site services and Ricoh and customer compliance to safety.
• Creates and maintains a customer-focused environment.
• Responsible for escalating customer issues to Ricoh Management and supporting the resolution to completion.
• Communicates effectively and responds quickly to customers and end user communication
• When applicable, must maintain and accurately submit monthly expenses in a timely manner following proper coding requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Manager Job Description:
Upon successful completion of temporary assignment, candidates will be offered additional perks and benefits.
Dress Code: All locations are business casual for professional setting: business/financial organizations, law firms, etc.
Driving: YES Ideally, candidates would reside around Milford-West Haven, CT area. Driving is required to get to and from work. Occasionally we may re-assign an employee to another site during the workday. Sites are located in the following areas: New Haven, Hartford, Waterbury, sometimes Stamford, CT.
Vaccinations Required: Candidates should be fully vaccinated in accordance with current CDC definition. There is no proof required at this time, however, it may be required for onboarding with various customers at the later time. At least one of the sites is the hospital. Yearly flu vaccination required. Proof of vaccination will be required later.
PERKS: Upon successful completion of an 8-week trial period, permanent employment will be offered to a qualified candidate. Additional pay, benefits, and reimbursement will be available with permanent employment.
This position covers multiple locations. There is no main location. Parking can be expensed. The candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lifting is required at sites with shipping/receiving services. There will be some lifting, standing, and walking are required. Some sites may require walking between different buildings. Printing assignments may require standing for extended periods.
Daily Responsibilities:
o Target skills: Reception/Hospitality, Mailroom, Copy/Print, Shipping/Receiving
o Employees will be working at multiple customer locations with and without supervision. Training will be provided.
o Ability to troubleshoot minor printer issues, general knowledge of office printers/copiers
o Mailroom tasks, shipping/receiving, processing incoming and outgoing mail according to site specifications
o Reception and hospitality tasks: LAW Firm environment. Duties include answering and forwarding calls, scheduling conference rooms through Outlook, communicating with customers via Outlook, Microsoft TEAMS, and in-person, greeting visitors, assisting with stocking kitchen supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, conference room set up/take down, other office-related tasks.
