Adopts new approaches when circumstances demand it. Clarifies service requirements and expectations. Identifies emerging needs and proactively acts to address them. Cultivates a positive work environment, monitors the performance of all team members, and conducts annual Performance Reviews and Career Interviews on time. Job Requirements
