Specific Responsibilities:

+ Provide day-to-day administrative support requirements

+ Maintain and coordinate multiple calendars and details

+ Responsible for communicating with internal personnel and on behalf of the executives

+ Organize and prepare documents requiring the integration of multiple office systems and all Microsoft Office Programs including but not limited to Word, Excel, etc.

+ Occasional flexibility to work outside normal business hours

Required Qualifications:

+ Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks

+ Ability to maintain confidentiality of information

+ Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

+ Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, straightforward manner

+ Ability to show judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties

+ Ability to use a personal computer and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office technology and software applications.

+ Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments

+ Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
