Overview

St. Luke's Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Manager, CoE to join our Physician Engagement Center of Excellence team.

Responsibilities:

* Participates in the development of long-range plans which support the system's philosophy, strategic directive and general objectives.
* Facilitates the identification and deployment of best practices to support organizational strategic objectives.
* Provides subject matter consultation to operating units in support of quality, stewardship, and service goals.
* Responsible for day-to-day operational success by guiding direct reports.
* Administers services determined to be more efficiently and effectively performed centrally and identifies opportunities for innovation.
* Engages with strategic partnerships to drive performance across the organization.
* Acts as a key partner in departmental budgeting, strategic planning and procedural change.
* Guides operations including initiative prioritization, team facilitation, implementation and ongoing change management.
* Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhancing safety, increasing productivity and reducing cost.
* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.



Minimum Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's degree.
* Experience: 6 years' experience.
* Licenses/Certifications: None required.
