Manager CoE

Overview:
St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Manager, CoE to join our Physician Engagement Center of Excellence team.

 

Responsibilities:

Participates in the development of long-range plans which support the system's philosophy, strategic directive and general objectives.

Facilitates the identification and deployment of best practices to support organizational strategic objectives.

Provides subject matter consultation to operating units in support of quality, stewardship, and service goals.

Responsible for day-to-day operational success by guiding direct reports.

Administers services determined to be more efficiently and effectively performed centrally and identifies opportunities for innovation.

Engages with strategic partnerships to drive performance across the organization.

Acts as a key partner in departmental budgeting, strategic planning and procedural change.

Guides operations including initiative prioritization, team facilitation, implementation and ongoing change management.

Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhancing safety, increasing productivity and reducing cost.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience: 6 years' experience.

Licenses/Certifications: None required.
