We are searching for a talented Admin Secretary-VAT Business

Hours: 40hrs

Shift: Day Shift; 8:00am - 4:30pm, Weekdays

Location: Southcoast Business Center - Fairhaven, MA

Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours.

Responsibilities

Under direction of Director, Clinical Sourcing, VAT Lead or Designee. Perform a variety of duties involving the coordination trials and outcomes, data collection of various activities, and collection and analysis of performance measures. Attend VAT meetings, provide administrative support, ongoing effective communications, team building through effective and transparent communication. Fiscal responsibility.

Qualifications

* Associate degree in business, related field, or the equivalent knowledge and experience is preferred.
* Concrete knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, proficient in Excel and database management skills.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
* Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Pay Range

USD $17.32 - USD $29.12 /Hr.
