Annual Security Report Notice

Pace is committed to ensuring the safety and security of the students, faculty, staff and visitors to the University. The Analyst will provide administrative and project-based support related to collecting, analyzing, and reporting institutional data. Projects may include:

* Assisting with the extraction, compiling, and coding of data from survey results
* Reviewing institutional data, identifying key data points, and compiling associated reports
* Completing data tables and other requests for information
* Compiling Excel Spreadsheets with relevant institutional information
* Conducting data analysis (with support and training by office staff)
* Interpreting trends, graphing results
* Formatting surveys; Giving input on survey design and distribution
* Clerical tasks as requested
* Other duties as assigned.

Strong attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word and Teams. Database experience desired but not required. Be dependable with a commitment to meeting deadlines. Willingness to learn about institutional research best practices. Must be able to handle confidential information in a discreet manner.
