The Health Care Facility Complaint Unit Office SupportSpecialist supports the effective operation of the Division throughadministrative and technical support to the unit manager, supervisors andstaff.

 

Responsibilities include: Prepares reports, proofreadscorrespondence and responds to inquiries regarding regulatory inspection andinvestigation activities, including public record requests. Processes andenters complaints in to the CMS federal database and the Division\'s HCFRSsystem upon receipt. Processes and maintains database updates relative tocases. Responds to external inquiries, provides information and, as needed,will communicate with providers and other agencies to obtain missinginformation. Supports other operations within the Bureau\'s Marlborough office,including reception and phone coverage.
