Located west of Fort Worth, it is an easy commute from surrounding communities of Weatherford, Stephenville, Mineral Wells and Aledo.

Key Accountabilities

* Develops, implements, and manages practices to assure safety and security of the manufacturing facility, staff and its intellectual property.
* Improves safety and security prevention program operations and performance and uncovers and addresses underlying issues.
* Collects, examines, and analyzes records, policies, operating practices, documentation, and transactions; prepares and presents audit reports.
* Conducts routine and ad hoc follow-up from previous auditing activities to ensure corrective actions or other remedies have been sufficiently completed in a timely manner.
* Establishes standard practices and policies to ensure company-wide compliance with ATF/DOT regulated operations and the utilization of all commercial vehicles.
* Collaborates cross functionally to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, objectives and reporting metrics.
* Creates, complies and trains on all company ATF/DOT-related administrative policies and procedures, rules and government regulations.
* Develops and maintains an appropriate level of knowledge of the rules and regulations of ATF/DOT, as well as company and industry-wide regulations and standards.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills/Knowledge

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or combination of education and experience.
* 5 - 8 years of experience in manufacturing, security, and compliance as an auditor, monitor, or investigator.
* Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (MS Office - Excel, Outlook, MS Word).
* Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and goals.
* Good organizational, problem solving, analytical, communication, customer service, written & interpersonal skills.
* Ability to interface with personnel across all levels of the business.
