**Summary:**

Works closely with Compenstion Team to provide support on Broad-based and Executive Compensation initiatives. Collaborates with Field Leaders, Payroll, and Compensation team members incentive processing. Responsible for researching and responding to questions related to incentive plans; maintains job code and job description databases as well as repository of various compensation documents.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Administers and processes incentive plans for store and corporate office including coordinating communication, action plans, and preparing reports and files for payroll

+ Support internal business leaders by researching and responding to questions, interpreting policies, and otherwise assisting with compensation-related initiatives. Identify problems and systematically gather relevant information to find root causes of data integrity issues.

+ Assists with daily HRIS system job and pay change transactions and compensation inboxes

+ Prepare and analyze reports, performance scorecards, and any relevant qualitative insights and discuss with Compensation business partner for consideration of future design recommendations.

+ Revises plan documents and job descriptions as requested by Compensation Business Partners and responsible for maintaining the repositories for both document types

+ Runs a variety of compensation related reports and may review as needed

+ Coordinates periodic assessment and presents findings or recommendations

+ May assist with job descriptions, market pricing, audits, modeling, and short-term projects.

**Education and** **Experience** **:**

+ High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred

+ 1-2 years of experience in Compensation, HR, Finance, or related field

+ Experience with establishing and tracking program metrics

+ Experience working with Microsoft Office products; demonstrates intermediate level proficiency in Excel.

**Required Skills:**

+ Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

+ Detail oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills; must be able to present data in an organized format that is easy to understand

+ Ability to handle sensitive HR information with discretion and confidentiality

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time

+ Must be a team player
