As an Innovation Technical Project Manager (ITPM), you will be joining a highly skilled technical team working to provide rapid innovative and technical solutions to our Federal Government client. You will apply your experience and expertise to manage technical projects and work with our government partners to test, evaluate, and prototype digital solutions to the latest National Security and Intelligence mission challenges. While expertise in these technical areas is not required, project managers are expected to learn and immerse themselves in understanding the technologies involved with the projects they manage. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain exposure and awareness to the latest trends and technologies being used to bring value to government missions. The environment is fast-paced, and project managers are at times expected to manage several projects, with varying degrees of complexity.



Responsibilities:

* Monitor concurrent project performance and review deliverables to ensure technical, programmatic, and financial goals and objectives are met while identifying possible program risks and assessing technical solutions
* Utilize Teams, JIRA, and/or Confluence, and record the project information for knowledge management
* Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects
* Interface with the team to scope projects and maintain tasks and milestones on schedule and within budget
* Manage project team resources to be within deliverable time constraints
* Identify emergent risks or potential blockers to project progress
* Work with and learn from colleagues and also share insights that you have learned as well
* Work with government partners to establish clear goals and objectives of innovation projects
* Be able to take feedback and incorporate that into work approach
* Present updates and results to clients on a regular basis

Required Qualifications

Required:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Systems Engineering or related field
* 3+ years of relevant work experience
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects to objectives and completion (be prepared to give examples in an interview)
* Active Top-Secret SCI with the ability to obtain a Polygraph

Desired Qualifications

Desired skills and knowledge:

* Experience leveraging Agile practices to manage multiple, simultaneous technical projects- data science, software development, cloud engineering projects
* Demonstrated proficiency providing project management for federal government clients
* Experience working with technical teams of software developers, data scientists, and engineers
* Experience monitoring project development performance and reviewing deliverables to ensure technical, programmatic and objectives are met and identify possible program risks
* Experience providing program and/or project management support on technical contracts
* Experience effectively presenting results and updates to technical and non-technical audiences
* Strong written and communication skills
* Desire to develop high-level understanding of technical project domains

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis' total compensation package for employees.

USD $85,600.00 - USD $149,800.00 /Yr.
