Compliance/AML Administrator

Wilmington, DE (In-office minimum 2 days per week)

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

This position will work closely with the business by coordinating reporting and supporting the delivery of AML Reporting & Compliance Services to client entities to ensure adherence to Cayman Islands legislative and regulatory requirements.

Some of the things you will be doing:

* Coordinate with the team on the delivery of regular compliance confirmation reports to be sent to clients and third part service providers
* Assist in the preparation of consolidated reports in line with our AML Reporting & Compliance Service policies and procedures
* Prepare AML service agreements
* Assist with investor testing review
* Assist with annual invoicing
* Assist with ad hoc projects or reporting whenever necessary

Required knowledge and experience:

* Strong awareness of compliance reporting principles, corporate governance, AML Regulations and best practices
* Experience of reviewing and analyzing data with strong attention to detail
* Secretarial experience in industry and/or professional practice
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task in a time critical environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional listening skills
* Able to work independently but as a cooperative member of a team
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
