We strive to be the best place to work for landscape professionals, and are currently looking for Service & Operations Support to join our growing team

Summary: Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries and requests, and track issues to resolution. Provide general administrative duties in support of an outstanding client service experience

Primary Duties:

* Promptly and professional answer client customer service line
* Determine nature of client requests, enter into CRM, assign to appropriate department/manager, and track to completion
* Regular and timely follow up on client requests with operations
* Create and send seasonal proposals to clients
* Accurately prepare bids for common, straightforward landscape value added services
* Analyze reports and job data for discrepancies or issues and share findings with ROM
* Process and review accepted work orders for accuracy of billing and description information into CRM and accounting system
* Manage client portal activity for in and out of contract services
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* BA in Business Administration or 2-4 years related work experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Prior experience in the landscape/nursery industry and/or project estimation experience a plus
* Strong internal and external customer service
* Ability to demonstrate a positive professional demeanor and contribute to a culture of excellence
* Demonstrated ability to timely and proactively follow up on and resolve problems
* Proven track record of very high attention to detail and organization
* Proven ability to work within time constraints with limited supervision
* Ability to prioritize work load and change direction quickly depending on deadlines
* Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce or similar CRM programs

Please note that the salary information shown below is provided in compliance with state specific laws. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations, and therefore may be different in other locations or operating divisions.

Pay range: $19.00 - $25.00
