We are looking for self motivated, energetic Kitter/Router General Labor Operator, with a track record of unparalleled professionalism, integrity, and loyalty to join our phenomenal team in the industrial plant located in Watertown, SD. As a Kitter/Router General Labor Operator, you will be responsible for the following:

* Responsibilities:
* Operating on a stand-up PIV's - for loading, unloading, and moving materials to and from storage areas and loading docks
* Kitting - fill orders with parts into kits
* Hot Parts - ensuring urgent parts get to our customer
* Able to learn multiple job skills
* Prepare products and materials for shipment
* Shipping and receiving tasks, including picking and packing of products
* Load, unload, and stage products and materials
* Track and record units of materials handled
* Adhere to safety policies and procedures


* Qualifications:
* Able to lift up to 35lbs.
* Familiarity with pallet jack, forklift, or other industrial vehicles
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Strong work ethic, Dependable
* Able to work overtime as needed
* People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
* Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
* Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
* Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail
* Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction
* Self-motivated, energetic, and not afraid of heights.



10 Hour Shift

* Night Shift 4:30pm to 3AM
* Monday - Thursday - Regular Schedule
* Some Overtime - Friday's
