# This position may serve a variety of functions and day-to-day duties may change frequently without notice to provide services as and where needed. Completing clinical assessments and triaging cases are the primary function. #

Conduct clinical walk-in assessments in person with client and guardian present.

Complete all progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans in a timely fashion for each appointment. Treatment plans will show SMART goals and objectives.

Conduct individual/group therapy sessions as assigned.

On occasion serve as a link between BHC and other services to help clients in emergent situations find local resources and provide access to care

Assists clinical manager review charts, complete survey questionnaires, and chart audits for quality purposes.
