· 1+ year of HR experience.

· I9 processing experience is preferred.

· ADP experience is preferred.

· Microsoft Excel experience.

· Filing and Organization Projects .

A day in the role...

· 90-day HR Administrative role to assist with an Employee File project.

· 90% of this role is an I9 audit (active I9 for every employee). The first few weeks will be setting up a plan in the file catch up. These are Employee and Medical files.

· I-9 Audit Project.

· Employee Files Project.

· Recruitment File Project.

· Other projects as needed .
