Accounting Clerk 

Location: Inwood, West Virginia 

Position Summary

 

Duties and Responsibilities

· Daily verification and entry direct hire craft and T&M subcontractor timesheets.

· Handles onboarding & setup of all Direct Hire Craft Employees.

· Human Resource (HR) site admin for Direct Hire Craft.

· Organize & Prioritize Daily activities to ensure deadlines meet.

· Assists management with ad-hoc requests, including special projects and initiatives.

· Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

 

Job Requirements

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting environment.

· Prior payroll experience required.

· Maintain confidentiality regarding Customer, Client and employee information.

· The ability to adapt to new assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment.

· Must be able to work under pressure.

· Must be able to work individually and in a team.

 

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

· Day to day working knowledge of SAP ERP preferred.
