SENIOR FIELD SUPERINTENDENT

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Senior Field Superintendent for our Beloit office. Candidates must have proven ability to efficiently control construction activity through administrative direction to ensure the project is built in accordance with design and schedule.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: The Superintendent will be responsible for, although not limited to: scheduling, workforce planning, coordinating, assisting in cost control oversight, ensuring safety and quality requirements are met, providing consistent and fair application of all policies and procedures, as well as planning, supervision and productivity of all crews at the worksite. Superintendent must also be able to coordinate carpentry, concrete, roofing, HVAC, and electrical subcontractors while managing the overall responsibility for the physical construction of assigned projects.

Qualifications: This position requires 5+ years of Superintendent experience working for a General Contractor. Candidates must also be able to travel, have a valid driver's license and be legal to work in the United States. CCI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
