Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Jobsite Supervision: Provide on-site leadership and supervision to ensure the efficient and safe progress of construction activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to maintain productivity and quality.
  • Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce strict safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Promote a culture of safety awareness and adherence.
  • Communication and Coordination: Foster open and effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and management. Ensure timely and accurate exchange of information to facilitate smooth project coordination.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address construction issues and challenges, implementing cost-effective and timely solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Implement corrective measures as needed to uphold the highest quality of workmanship.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and manage on-site personnel, including employees and subcontractors, to promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment. Lead by example with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes, with expertise in areas such as pre-engineered metal buildings, excavation, concrete work, and carpentry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
