Qualifications: Master's degree or higher in a related field required. Must be licensed as an independent practitioner (LICSW or LMHC), and have at least three years post-license and supervisory experience working with children, youth and adolescents. Ability to develop and maintain professional working and therapeutic relationships in residential settings. Experience in Trauma Informed Care, ARC, DBT and PYD is preferred. Knowledge and experience with clinical issues of children, youth, adolescents and families.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends to meet the needs of assigned programs and the division.

2. Co-facilitate individual, group and family engagement and therapy and model for clinical staff.

3. Co-facilitate treatment team meetings to discuss Individual Service Plans, progress reviews, re-entry plans and discharge plans and model for clinical staff.

4. Ensure clinical staff are trained in, and effectively utilize, funder and agency EMRs and databases.

5. Provide clinical training, modeling, supervision and feedback to assigned clinical staff.

6. Oversee, monitor, facilitate and provide feedback on effectiveness of daily groups.

7. Ensure all components of Identified Evidence Based Treatments are delivered through a Trauma Informed Care framework.

8. Attend administrative, shift change, staff, and clinical meetings in assigned programs,

9. Assist crisis intervention, including crisis plans, emergency psychiatric screenings and higher level of care placements.

10. Conduct planned and emergency intakes as needed.

11. Serve as an on-call resource for clinical services.

12. Respect the diversity of others by demonstrating and modeling cultural awareness and sensitivity at all times.

13. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
