- Effectively communicate with leads, supervisors and co-workers as needed regarding questions, concerns, and problems.
- Promotes Paschal culture in delivering customer service.
- Maintains accurate accounting of inventory and maintains assigned tools.
- Keeps workplace organized, neat, and clean.
Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Possess great mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
- Must be able to adapt to changing and growing work environment.
- Must be clean, maintain a professional appearance, and communicate well with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical instructions.
- Excellent communication and listening.
- Knowledge of equipment, tools and methods commonly applied in HVAC duct cleanings.
- Ability to learn in classroom and hands on.
- Computer knowledge and the ability to apply the necessary software tools, such as time keeping and scheduling.
- Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations.
