RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Demonstrate a positive role model to students/athletes.
* Support the goals and philosophy of Battle Ground High School academic and athletic programs.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and community.
* Ability to work with students and as a responsible member of a coaching staff in full cooperation with the Athletic

Director.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Meet WIAA coaching guidelines.
* Preferred - coaching experience at high school or college level.
* Ability to work with adults and students.
* Self starter that puts student safety first and is able to perform work independently.
* Currently hold or be able to obtain a current first aid and CPR card prior to athletic season.
* WIAA training will be required for sudden cardiac arrest and concussion training.

This position is not benefit or retirement eligible at time of hire. It could become eligible if position changes to meet the criteria.
