Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage and coordinate guest accommodations, overseeing bookings and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
  • Facilitate communication between remote guests and accommodations staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide outstanding customer service remotely, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments with precision and accuracy
  • Stay updated on local attractions and amenities to assist remote guests in optimizing their stay experience
     
Qualifications:
 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills for effective remote coordination
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities, even in a virtual setting
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving remote challenges
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a virtual team environment
  • Must be fluent in English, bilingual a plus
