As a Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) or Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical services to patients in an in-person, office-based environment. This position is within our Refresh Mental Health (RMH) organization, which provides a variety of behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs

We support our clinicians in building a thriving and profitable caseload upon a culture of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance. We are currently seeking therapists for our Lake Orion, MI location.
Full time and part time options available along with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
* Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
* Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications

Required Qualifications:
* Meet one of the following license requirements for the state of Michigan
* LMSW or LPC
* Experience working with a wide range of clinical presentations and age groups including children and adolescents
Preferred Qualifications:
* 2+ years of clinical experience treating patients with behavioral health conditions
* Proven ability to maintain effective and professional relationships with patient and other members of the care team
* Proven ability to work with patients in person
* Proven solid grasp of technology solutions and tools and ability to adapt
