We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Oakland Psychological Clinic. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional mental health services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address clients' mental health needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Master's degree in Counseling (MA or MS)
- Current licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Michigan
- Ability to provide a minimum of 15 scheduled visits per week
- Flexibility to work some evenings and Saturdays
- Competitive salary range: $58,300 to $103,900 per year
- Bonuses based on performance
