Description
Bartenders provide top-notch customer service while maintaining control of the bar, making drinks for bar and restaurant patrons, and handling financial transactions. You must have extensive knowledge of liquor mixed drinks, wine and our craft beer and spirits. Thinking quickly, awareness of surroundings and adhering to Arizona liquor laws at all times.RESPONSIBILITIES-Welcoming guests, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.-Planning drink menus and informing guests about new beverages and specials.-Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to guests.-Checking identification to ensure guests are the legal age to purchase alcohol.-Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.-Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.-Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.-Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
Requirements
Title 4 Liquor Certification2 Years of Recent Bartending ExperienceAvailability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.At least 21 years oldAbility to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 lbs.

All of our locations feature expansive dog-friendly patios complete with water dishes, house-made dog treats, and plenty of attention.
