Seeking an Exceptional Treatment Coordinator to Join our Team in Midtown, New York

At Onsite Dental, our Treatment Coordinators manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last.

Treatment Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Manage the patient experience from beginning to end.
* Discuss treatment options, establish treatment schedules, and prepare financial arrangements with patients.
* Enter and track patient treatment plans in the computer system.
* Have knowledge and be able to execute insurance plans and follow-up with patients
* Collect payments at time of service


* Manage and maintain Doctor and Hygiene schedules.
* Confirm patient appointments
* Work closely with the Dentist and manage consultation reports and progress.
* Work Accounts Receivable reports as assigned by Practice Manager
* Ability to complete all tasks and duties assigned to front office personnel.
* Actively participate as a contributing member of the office staff team to achieve patient satisfaction and office production goals.

Requirements

Must have dental background

Must have excellent communication skills and willingness to offer 'white glove' service

Must have an excellent work ethic and enjoy working with patients

Able to embrace the culture of the client we serve as well as Onsite's culture
