FTE: 0.9, Shift: Night, Schedule: 12 hour shifts

Position Summary
A Critical Care Aide/Telemetry Technician under the supervision of a Critical Care Shift Coordinator or Telemetry Shift Coordinator will observe the cardiac rhythms of monitored patients at the central nurses' station. This observation is intended to immediately identify changes in any rhythm, especially those that are life threatening. The Telemetry Tech will also perform administrative tasks for the unit, collaborate to provide optimal plan of care based on age/diagnosis specific needs, and provide individualized patient care integrating age related, cultural, and religious/spiritual needs.
The Critical Care Aide/Telemetry Technician will have the flexibility to be scheduled into and perform multiple roles, such as a Unit Secretary and/or a Nursing Assistant.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Graduate of an accredited NAC program required. Successful completion of mandatory internal EKG education and test to prove proficiency in rhythm interpretation with 6 months of hire.

Experience: Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Washington State (DOH) Nursing Assistant Certification required. American Heart Associate BLS required.

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $22.38 - $30.69 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
