HIGH TECH TOOL INSTALLATION COORDINATOR

As a successful multi-billion-dollar contractor it supervises the architectural, engineering, bidding, contracting, building, inspection from the beginning to the end of the project and specializes in concrete self-preform on large commercial scale.

POSITION SUMMARY

Okland is looking for organized, experienced tool installation construction coordinators to join our growing team of high-tech construction and tool installation professionals on one of Arizona's largest new semiconductor facilities jobsite.

LOCATION

North Phoenix Area

JOB DUTIES

* Primary field point of contact for trade contractors for any tool specific construction issues.
* Review design packages, ability to identify possible issues and ensure design is constructible.
* Work with Safety officers and Contractors to ensure solutions are in place on high-risk tasks.
* Coordinate individual and interrelated trade contractor work.
* Coordinate move in / move out of tools.
* Point of contact for global items in area
* Participate in QA/QC meetings as required.
* Work in accordance with client agreed documentation control systems.
* Candidate will have a proven track record of managing tasks and the resources associated with contract deliverables.
* Effectively communicate relevant project information to Management.
* Support key organizational initiatives including, Core Values.
* Contribute actively to lessons learned process and other improvement initiatives.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLSET REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 2 years' experience working in construction industry, with successful record of holding positions related to construction project management responsibilities; advanced technology sector preferred; semiconductor, tool install, ideal.
* Proficient use of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Procore, Autodesk.
* Must be able to read, analyze and interpret drawings and project documents. Knowledge and previous experience with BIM is desired.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills along with high attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter on large projects consisting of multi-discipline teams and stakeholders.
* Adhere to safety protocol, including working in active construction zones and clean room environments, which may include, but not limited to; clean room gowning, wear required PPE, work in confined spaces, climb stairs and ladders, cat walks, noise protection.
* Diploma or Degree level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business preferred. Relevant work experience directly related will be considered in lieu of formal education.
