TEKsystems is actively hiring for a Order Entry Specialist/Customer Service Rep for a large and growing manufacturing company Must be qualified

MUST HAVES:

1+ year of manufacturing customer service experience

Experience with salesforce or SAP is preferred

Description:

- Answering inbound phone calls in a professional and helpful manner.

- Making outbound phone calls in response to any inquires, questions, or other follow up

- Confirms account number, part number & descriptions

- Communication to customer on availability, open orders, and ship dates

- Confirms pricing & availability

- Answer customer service inquiries, phones or emails as assigned and meets statistical expectations as set by supervisor (refer to grid)

- Supports administrative duties on sending and receiving supplier purchase orders

- Ability to multi-task issuing credits and rebills according to policy and procedure

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
