Returns Associates are responsible for the checking in of returning trucks and merchandise in an efficient and safe manner.

Further responsibilities include assisting the Reloc Supervisor.

* Preparing and submitting records and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
* Ensuring that all required tasks of the Reloc team are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
* Reporting problems and concerns to the Reloc Supervisor in a timely and thorough manner.
* Protecting company assets from misuse or damage and ensuring proper maintenance of company equipment and tools.
* Assisting in the performance of warehouse maintenance duties.
* Working closely with wrappers and lift drivers to ensure the flow of work is smooth.
* Safely and efficiently operating material handling equipment. 8. Assists department manager in the absence of the Reloc Supervisor.

Requirements

* Must be familiar with Distribution Center procedures.
* Must be able to perform simple arithmetic, read orders and ensure merchandise matches rest of order.
* Must have good communications skills (verbal and reading comprehension in English)
* Must be able to use an RF hand - scanner, PC and other computerized equipment.
* Must be able to exercise caution and strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
* Must be able to see, hear, stand, walk, lift and carry (i.e., merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs. about 20% of the time).
* Must have hand/eye coordination and must be accurate.
