We are currently seeking a full-time licensed clinical therapist for our Columbia, MD, location.

Clinicians have the option of onsite or hybrid scheduling.

Compensation:

* The salary range for this position is $65,000to $95,000 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

* LCPC, LCSW-C, or LMFT are licensed in Maryland.
* Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
* Solid computer and basic technology skills
* Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
* Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients.
