SUMMARY: The School Psychologist will provide psychological evaluation services including, but not limited to: assessments, reports, providing educational recommendations, consultation, counseling,intervention services and any other applicable services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Ensures all documents (evaluation team reports, etc.) are compliant following the guidelines set forth by the state
  • Administers academic assessments in the appropriate time frame
  • Leads evaluation team domain meetings
  • Participates in the school's intervention assistance team
  • Works closely with other related service professionals to provide services
  • Assists with the implementation of school procedures and projects
  • Serves on school problem-solving teams
  • Participates in professional development
  • Provide group intervention services

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters, Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
Professional Educator License in the State of Illinois with a School Psychologist credential
