GENERAL DUTIES

* Decontaminates and sterilizes instruments, medical supplies, and equipment and assembles, wraps, and sterilizes trays of instruments. Follows proper Standard Precautions while in decontamination and sterilization areas.
* Processes endoscopes, scopes and/or probes.
* Assemble and wrap appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment.
* Demonstrates knowledge of applicable sanitary, infection control, and safety standards to perform all assignments within the safety parameters.

* CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician)
