Banquet Houseman

The Banquet Houseman is part of the Food & Beverage team in event setup and breakdown and general banquet duties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and properly sort and store event products daily.


* Performs light and heavy furniture moving including but not limited to: tables, chairs, buffet furniture, chaffers, glassware, plateware, and flatware. Also, responsible for light cleaning as window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, emptying of trash cans and bus tubs.


* Identifies when supplies are needed and reports to supervisor.


* Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.


* Assist management and other associates with set up and break down of events.


* Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas.


* Other assigned tasks as directed by supervisor.


* Inquiries about additional duties as workload diminishes.


* Performs other duties as required.



Minimum qualifications:

* One month related experience or training.



Other Qualifications:

* Regular and reliable attendance.
