As a Clerical Support staff member, you will assist the Office Manager or Regional Director with essential tasks, ensuring that all office functions run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Type, file, and copy documents and forms as needed.
  • Perform data entry and complete assigned paperwork accurately.
  • Assist the Office Manager or Regional Director with various tasks as requested.
  • File necessary documents as requested.
  • Serve as Receptionist based on local office needs, including:
  • Maintaining visitor and staff sign-in records.
  • Answering a multi-line phone system and appropriately directing calls.
  • Ensuring the office entryway is not congested with personnel or individuals served.
  • Welcoming office visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • One year of clerical experience in a related field preferred.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
  • Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Must have and maintain certification in CPR and First Aid if required by the Regional Director.

Physical Requirements:
  • Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
  • Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
  • Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
