Sales Administrator Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management or financial services
  • Series 65 required; Series 7 highly preferred
  • Polished; experience in a client-facing role is a plus
  • RIA experience highly favorable
  • Tech-savvy; familiarity with e-money and Schwab is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work onsite 100% at their office in in Rockville, MD

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Handle client onboarding and paperwork
  • Work extensively a financial data aggregator to consolidate financial information from various accounts
  • Schedule account reviews and manage client communications
  • Ensure all emails and communications are professional and compliant
  • Provide exceptional service to high-net-worth and highly educated clients
