POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lead Imaging Services Technologist has both administrative and clinical accountability to designated service area. Performs quality diagnostic procedures in designated services area(s). Works with Medical Imaging Director to plan budget, work flow and staffing needs for designated area(s). Assists in the implementation and updating of department specific policies, procedures and standards with adherence to facility, state, federal and Joint Commission criteria. Provides leadership in the development, optimization and application of system protocols. Assists in the oversight of the Medical Imaging division as directed or assigned by the Imaging Services Director.
* Licensed Radiology Technologist by the State of California
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* CPR *American Heart Association

Position Pay Range: $31.79-$52.43/hour
In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) posts the pay range for all jobs. Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
