Your exceptional administrative skills are needed to support 2 to 3 onsite managers of this global agriculture company If you thrive in a fluid environment with a lot of variety, truly have a passion for helping others, and have honed in on your Microsoft Office skills, this role is for you You will be planning meetings, gathering data, preparing agendas and reports, and seeking out information with multiple interactions with others. Due to the nature of the work, your presence onsite is needed daily. Some additional hours may be requested from time to time which will be paid at time and a half Your typical daily hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
salary: $19 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities
Your exceptional administrative skills are needed to support 2 to 3 onsite managers of this global agriculture company.
+ Manage and prioritize a variety of administrative and operational tasks
+ Handle the logistics for small to large meetings
+ Schedule travel
+ Plan the catering
+ Collect and organize documentation and data
+ Prepare and provide organized data upon the managers' requests
+ Utilize Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook on a daily basis
+ Take on, manage, and execute ad-hoc projects
+ Interact onsite with a variety of team members with a positive, professional demeanor
Skills
+ Scheduling (2 years of experience is required)
+ Coordination (2 years of experience is required)
+ Handle Documentation (2 years of experience is required)
+ Travel Arrangement Planing (2 years of experience is required)
