Impact Health USA is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization while developing your skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, resolving complaints, and answering questions
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
