Required Qualifications:
* PharmD Pharmacy. Or Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
* Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
