If you are a customer-service oriented individual that wants to be a part of a dynamic team in the Real Estate industry, we'd love to hear from you. The daily functions of this role are vital to our organization's success.
What You'll Do
* Greet, interact, and assist visitors and customers
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls
* Support the team by gathering, reviewing, and preparing documents; maintaining accounts; setting up appointments; assembling document packages
* Receive, sort and route mail
* Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
What You'll Bring:
* Passion for meeting new people and helping them get what they need
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn other technology as needed
* Strong work ethic and meets commitments
* Thrives in contributing to a team working together to deliver beyond customer expectations
* Previous experience working in an office environment or dealing with the public is preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent
