Lakeland Collision is seeking a friendly and very outgoing professional as a full-time receptionist to join us in supporting our Body Shop staff and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brand.

Hours:Monday - Friday 8:ooam - 5:30pm (Occasional Saturday)

GeneralExpectations:

* Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook).


* Professional appearance and work ethic.


* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment


* Devote himself/herself to insuring satisfaction to customers.


* Maintain a follow-up system that encourages follow through with assigned projects.


* Understand the terminology of the business and keep abreast of technology changes in products and services.


* Follow lawful directions from supervisors.


* Understand and follow work rules and procedures.


* Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale.


* Uphold the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.


* Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.



Job-SpecificExpectations:

* Respond to incoming phone calls and delegate as needed using the phone system.


* Be polite and friendly and greet customers promptly.


* Provide various administrative support as it pertains to the store.


* Deal with customer complaints in a sensible manner by showing empathy and a pleasant attitude to show our commitment to excellent customer service and to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.


* Conduct telephone transactions courteously, and quickly.


* Provide cashier transactions as needed.


* Provide excellent customer service for all customers whether external and internal.



Qualifications:

* Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.


* Excellent communication and customer service skills


* Bi-lingual is a plus


* Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook).


* Professional appearance and work ethic.


* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
