Bring your passion for patient care and you will build a career you love in this Field Supervisor job Join the AccentCare team and apply for this Field Supervisor opportunity today 1k Retention Bonus Rate: $18 - $20/hr Shift: Monday - Friday Hours: 8:00a - 5:00p Territory Coverage: Fort Stockon, GrandFalls, Pecos, Monahans, Kermit, Sanderson, Barstow, Saragosa, Balmorhea, Wink, and Coyanosa Up to 80% - 90% Local Travel (field position) Offer Based on Years of Experience What You Need to Know POSITION SUMMARY: The field Supervisor is responsible for the effective supervision of Care Partners. This position monitors the activity of Care Partners to ensure that services are being provided to clients in accordance with individualized service plans and state regulations. What does a Field Supervisor do? Complete required quality in-home Compliance visits This necessitates the Field Sup to travel to multiple clients' homes nearly every day/week. Leading First Aid and CPR certification classes First, the Field Sup will become certified in First Aid-CPR themselves. Secondly, the Field Sup will be trained on how to be a Trainer. Field Sup will then provide training to their branch's caregivers as needed. Lead New Hire Caregiver Orientation and training. This is a new caregiver's first day of employment with us. Completing new client Opening paperwork Meet with new clients. Identify their needs via services. Identify preferred visit cadence (days of week, times of day) Field-based role. Local travel is up to 80%. Would need a dependable vehicle, car insurance, valid driver's license. Bilingual preferred but not required Qualifications What we look for in a qualified candidate: High school diploma or GED. 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting OR 60 hours of college credit, required. OR Can substitute 1 yrs of supervisor experience with 30 hours of college credit. Strong organizational skills with excellent verbal communication skills. Must be able to work in a variety of environmental conditions. Must be sensitive to the needs of the aged and disabled and conscientious about servicing client's needs. Knowledgeable of all State requirements under the Primary Home Care Program. Ability to handle crisis situations as well as do problem solving intervention. Ability to process time sensitive material in a timely manner. Bilingual preferred but not required
