PRIMARY PURPOSE:
As a Transportation Dispatcher, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the department.
THE STARTING RATE: $16.32
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
* Coordinate guest limousine reservation requests with casino hosts and VIP personnel
* Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities in the department
* Communicate through two-way radio or cellular telephone with limousine and shuttle bus drivers to understand constant status and location; communicate through a multi-line phone system with other departments and properties to assist both drivers and guests
* Use computer programs to track airline flights, review limousine reservations, find addresses and map driving routes
* Order extra limousines from outside companies for special events and areas outside average driving distances
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* Six (6) months of guest service experience
* One (1) year of dispatch experience preferred
* Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) or similar platform
