We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in Logistics and Transportation, and with strong interpersonal skills to take charge of our agencies rapidly expanding Transportation Division.
Our ideal candidate is comfortable using recruiter tools such as resume databases, social media, platforms, and other recruiter efforts. We recruit drivers with the following endorsements: CDL A, CDL B, OTR, Tanker/Hazmat, Non-CDL (Box Truck/ Van Route Delivery) – across several states.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source, identify and screen potential candidates who meet the company standards
- Inform applicants about our operations, employment opportunities, and benefits
- Utilize search engines and social media platforms to generate leads
- Develop recruiting and referral programs
- Prior experience in Trucking, Transportation a/o Logistics
- Recruiting experience is a PLUS
- Sharp communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite, Facebook - Indeed, Monster & ZipRecruiter can be taught)
- Prior hiring experience (any industry)
- Staffing, Management or Leadership
