What You'll do :

* Increase driver experience and revenue through proactive scheduling and planning


* Create meaningful relationships with brokerage contacts by negotiating load prices and dedicated lane opportunities

* 3+ years in truckload logistics logistics


* 2+ years of Carrier Sales or Dispatch experience
