We are seeking experienced Registered behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our TERI Out of Home Respite department. As an RBT you will work part time providing valuable support to special needs clients (Children and Adults) with moderate levels of behavior. This is a hands on position working our community based social groups from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm on Saturdays.

POSITION TITLE -

We're seeking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Out of home Respite to join our TERI team

LOCATION -

Home base location for Saturday program alternates from:

251 Airport Rd. Oceanside CA 92058 & 555 Deer Springs Rd San Marcos CA, 92069.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES -

* Provides support to children and adults with Autism and developmental disabilities in a group setting.
* Ability to safely manage problematic behavior in public spaces.
* Work closely with special needs clients during social and recreational public outings
* Maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
* Overseeing & Managing behavior safely through evidence-based practices and company approved methods.

QUALIFICATIONS -

* Active RBT certification
* Experience working with individuals with Moderate levels of behavior.
* Availability during weekends.
* Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
* Acceptable driving history.
* High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
* Criminal background check required.

Salary Range -

$29.00 - $30.00 Hourly

Position Status -

Part-Time

Less than 20 hours a week. Weekend availability required. Additional hours may be assigned, given candidate availability.
